Position: Tele Caller (Part/Full Time) - Urgent Need

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates with professionalism and enthusiasm.
2. Provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
3. Assess and understand candidate requirements and match them with suitable job openings.
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of interactions with candidates in the company database.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate and schedule interviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to articulate job details effectively and answer candidate queries.
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Knowledge of basic computer applications.
6. Previous experience in the recruitment domain is a plus.
