Job Summary: Join our dynamic team at The Elite Job as an International Voice Process/AR Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for handling international customer inquiries and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.
2. Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
3. Address customer queries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations.
4. Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved matters to appropriate channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
