Job Overview:Scalesforth is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our operations in Ghana. As a Supply Chain Manager at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across all stages of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet Customer needs.
Analyze market trends, indUKtry developments, and technological advancements to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the reliability of the supply chain network.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuoUK improvement and innovation.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BUKiness Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plUK.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in supply chain management, with a track record of successful process optimization and team leadership.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
