Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Department: Information Technology

Reports To: IT Manager

Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Data Entry Specialist mUKt be accurate and efficient, and mUKt be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter data into computer systems and databases
Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
Verify the accuracy of data entries
Resolve data entry errors
Work independently and as part of a team
Meet deadlines
Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in data entry
Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
