You will be working as Warehouse Manager and will be part of Process Automation Business Area based in Peenya, Bangalore . In this role you will be reporting to Factory Manager and will be responsible to manage warehouse in compliance with guidelines from receipt to dispatch of materials from factory.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing and issuing materials as per SAP System.
• Coordinate with businesses, Project Managers, production, suppliers and transportation along with documentation.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly on inventory management.
• Plan and monitor storage, delivery and dispatch of orders and keep stock control system up to date.
• Continuously improve warehouse operations with lean practices, plans and optimizes warehouse utilization and inventory.
• Ensure that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
• Coordinate with packing supplier for supply of material JIT for related dispatches.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Supervise activities related to warehousing, material movement, loading etc.,
• Coordinate for Quarterly/ half yearly and yearend inventory verifications with auditors including physical verification.
• Ensure loading bay and packing area are clean and safe as per HSE guidelines and pallet trolleys weighing scale / crane etc. are in safe working condition.

Your background

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Familiarity with SAP system.
• Experience in Automation production background.
• Experience in safety management, developing, managing and standardizing process.
• Experience in inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance and dispatch .
