Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees.
Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process.
Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
High level of observation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
