Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will mainly focus on:

• Defining the scope.
• Identify the milestones.
• Working with TDM to get people allocated for the project.
• Putting up together the project plan and timelines.
• Collaborating with the Product, Engineering and QA teams to build and test the solution.
• Identifying the risks and mitigation plans.
• Working with the stakeholders to get alignment.
• Tracking the project progress.
• Communicating the status periodically to the stakeholders.
• Collaborating with several teams for planning the launch.
• Transitioning to the BPO/Support teams as needed.

Deliverables include:

• Project charter
• Project plan
• (c) RAID log
• Tracking & Status reports
• Delivery of the solution
• Communication and stakeholder management
• Owning and leading the agile process
• Product Demo recordings
• Project retrospective documentation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you require:

• At least 5 years of relevant program/project management experience, international experience a plus.
• Experience with DataDog (nice to have), Tableau, Analytics.
• Experience with Jira / Slack / Google Suite / Zoom.
• Having a PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to join stand ups and sprints.
• Strong self-starter, willing to work without a lot of direct supervision.
• Internal sales experience required to persuade teams to prioritize necessary work.
• Experience working with agile teams using scrum or similar framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in self directed role.
