• Responding to HR-related queries via non-voice channels such as email and chat

• Maintaining accurate records of employee information and ensuring data integrity
• Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours:This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday.
