We are looking for a Digital Content Writer for our brand and marketing activities to join our Growth team.

• We have big plans to disrupt the traditional fundraising process for private businesses
• You will work with a diverse team of former investment bankers, strategy consultants and business owners in developing, monitoring and improving products to facilitate the activity of private investing
• Everything we do is focused on helping build the private capital markets for the next generation of business owners and investors
• We work really hard but play really hard as well

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• plan, produce and distribute original written, visual and audio content aligned with SEO best practices for distribution across relevant owned, earned and paid channels
• conduct content topic and keyword research from first- and third-party sources
• own, review and optimise content and assets for Fundnel’s website and social media pages
• pitch new topics to add value to Fundnel’s content strategy
• coordinate content development and editorial calendar
• prepare press releases, awards submissions and publicity materials for the company and relevant spokespeople
• fulfil additional content/communications deliverables as needed

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR US IF YOU

• were communications major in school
• have at least 5 years’ experience in journalism or writing for a global audience
• are familiar with private investments, venture capital and startup ecosystem
• have a strong interest in Investments, Technology, Business and/or Social Sciences
• have demonstrated research and critical thinking skills
• understand how to translate data into insightful stories
• are knowledgeable of content management systems and SEO best practices
