Job Title: Part-time Customer Support Representative

Job Summary: Technopark Jobs is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Assist in creating support documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
