Job Description:

As the Offshore Builder, you will serve as a vital member of moving a program from conception to completion. As a Media Activation Specialist you will support the successful implementation and execution of media campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Media Delivery Manager to translate media strategies into actionable plans, manage campaign trafficking and delivery, and ensure campaigns are launched seamlessly and perform optimally.

Position Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation:
 

  • Setup and traffic media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., display, social, video, search)
  • Ensure accurate ad placements, targeting parameters, and creative assets are delivered to media partners
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues
  • Collaborate with ad operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
     

Optimization:
 

  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Provide campaign performance results in comparison to industry and internal benchmarks
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Media Delivery Manager
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Assist in preparing post-campaign analysis and recommendations
     

Collaboration and Communication:
 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance
     

Minimum Requirements:
 

  • 3+ years of experience in media activation, ad operations, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ad serving technologies such as Doubleclick
  • Proficient in media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues to team lead and collaborate on troubleshooting
     

Preferred qualifications:

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
 

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
