Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic and Display Analyst, with extensive YouTube experience, to join us at Realtime, a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. You will be working on some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands, so this is an exciting opportunity to flex your programmatic advertising know-how and oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art digital strategies alongside experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO.

 

You’re the right person for the role if you have:

  • 1-2 years of programmatic advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Proven experience executing YouTube campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting programmatic campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in DV360.
  • Degree in business, maths, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
  • Ad platform certifications are a plus.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale programmatic and display campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
  • Support programmatic and display campaign strategy, collaborating with the client services team and vendors to design innovative campaigns across multiple programmatic DSPs.
  • Present effectively at client meetings, providing clear and accurate performance insights and recommendations.
  • Implement best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
  • Collect & analyse data, and identify trends & insights to maximise performance efficiency.
  • Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests
  • Maintain bulletproof organisation of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
  • Work closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
