Job Duties: Use technical skills, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive data-focused analytics development, generate and operationalize ideas that drive revenue growth, while maintaining a high bar for thoughtful, impactful analysis. Work with large and complex databases to unlock insights and guide the business; identify, test, and optimize new features to the broad level strategic direction that is grounded in data evidence and heavy analytical rigor; collaborate cross functionally to formulate hypotheses, design AB tests, analyze results, and provide datadriven insights; take the initiative to dive deeper into recommendation models and recommend next steps; communicate key insights and actionable recommendations to teams, levels, and leadership; proactively identify areas where advanced analytical efforts can produce a strong value add and work them into the road map. Drive creation of user facing data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights from various analyses. Work collaboratively to apply findings to develop and prioritize testable hypotheses to measure the impact of changes in the experience that drive revenue.

Oversee advanced analytics completed by team members, coaching and improving analytic code as needed. Design and review designs of experiments that balance speed and statistical significance. Leverage the right statistical methods to measure incrementality and understand the causal drivers of incremental revenue. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution against the other highest impact opportunities. Communicate findings and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements. May supervise or mentor a team of Senior Analysts. Position is fixed location based in Austin, TX office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Salary: $134,472 to $144,472 (WFTX010JV)

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience operating with large datasets or conducting high impact data analysis. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, or a directly related field and five (5) years of post-bachelors, progressive experience operating with large datasets or conducting high impact data analysis.

Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years of experience in at least five (5) of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
Driving high impact quantitative analysis by leveraging SQL, VBA, R, Java, Python, SPSS, SAS, Hadoop, Excel, Looker, MS Access, MS Excel, or Tableau;
Utilizing advanced Excel, including manipulating data sets, or performing regression functions for data analysis;
Leading development of Big Data Analytics solutions leveraging advanced data analysis techniques for large quantities of structured and unstructured data;
Advanced database skills using SQL, Vertica, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL environments;
Utilizing large enterprise systems to enable data sharing and ensure data accuracy;
Building and analyzing predictive models using historical data, ROI analysis, or back testing to predict service targets, issue resolution segments, or operating expenditure;
Creating and managing data visualization dashboards for business reporting;
Use SQL, Python, SAS or R to create analyses or tools that point to the most significant business growth opportunities.
Automating manual processes;
Developing internal and external customer-facing solution documents including knowledge base articles, blogs, whitepapers, or training documents.
