Job Description
We are currently seeking highly skilled and competitive Virtual Recruiters who can work remotely from home to efficiently recruit candidates for both our direct hire and contract positions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails to source new potential candidates.
Understand the unique needs and requirements of each role and project to ensure appropriate candidate selection.
Forward qualified opportunities to the relevant sales executives for further development and successful closure.
Conduct research on prospective accounts and candidates, identifying key individuals and generating interest in our opportunities.
Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong candidate pipeline and successfully close deals.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of successful candidate placements.
Display a strong and persuasive phone presence to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn and various Job Boards for candidate sourcing and networking.
Proficiency in computer skills and managing databases to organize candidate information efficiently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.
Possess active listening and presentation abilities to understand and address candidate and client needs.
Capability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
