Job Purpose:As an HR Management Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to develop and implement HR plans and solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions and ensure the efficient execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee advocacy, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring the identification and selection of top talent across various locations.
Coordinate and execute the orientation program for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that facilitates their integration into the company culture.
Act as an Employee Advocate, providing guidance, coaching, and counseling to employees when necessary, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Drive employee engagement interventions based on business needs and requirements, implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
Foster innovative thinking and contribute to the establishment of best practices in people management, constantly reviewing and improving current HR practices.
Demonstrate a Can Do attitude, actively seeking opportunities to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to the growth and success of the HR function.
Qualifications:
College passouts/freshers are encouraged to apply.
Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in HR is required.
Passion for HR and a strong interest in building a career in the field.
