Job Info –

Solid knowledge of products, customer service, policies and procedures, Complex problem solving skills

Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution

Creates quotes for the for channel partners/vendors – Vendor here is VMware

Creates Pricing for the VMware quotes, apply  Markup basis Dell as Reseller or Channel Partner

Creating SKU in Harmony and Tracker for all regions, Coordinates with Harmony team

Consults with customers on escalated issues and provides service to effectively resolve escalated customer issues

Works under limited supervision with little direction from management and adheres to administrative policies and escalation procedures

Ensure all the requests are actioned within the business SLA goals.

Ensure Zero errors are made on the core deliverables

Provides support to leadership to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the

Customer and recommends departmental improvements to leadership, If applicable, provides coaching, guidance and direction to team member

Willingness and flexible to work in rotational shifts - night shifts, US holidays and as per business
